4-bedroom shared share house, Oxley Highway

I am a working mother whose children have gone off to university elsewhere and now have a 4 bedroom house on my own with a cat and a dog. The room I am looking to rent out has a queen bed, desk, built in wardrobe. The room would have its own bathroom (most of the time. Only time it would be shared is if one of my own children come home from university for a weekend or holidays or on the rare occasion I have visitors. )

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy. Must be ok with a dog (large breed who does come inside the house) and a quiet cat.

There will be off street parking available. The house is situated on a large town block, 15minute walk or 5minute drive from the university and 10minute drive into centre of Port Macquarie.
