3-bedroom shared share house, Caitlin Darcy Parkway

I am an 50 yo female and own my home near Charles Sturt Uni in Port. I live alone with my dogs. I have a room with a king single bed, desk, built in robe and tv in it. You would have your own bathroom most of the time except rare occasions when someone does visit.

I am looking for someone who is very neat and tidy and quiet, not someone who just says they are. I would prefer someone who is happy to not have people over much and rather go out to see friends etc.

I am quiet and keep to myself most of the time and don’t have many visitors. I have a hectic job and like and need my quiet time at home.

You must like dogs, I have two standard poodles, but you are not expected to do anything for them just be kind to them.

I am negotiable on rent depending on the right person. Electricity would be shared but other utilities included.

Im looking at a short lease to start with and if things go well we can talk about extending.
