4-bedroom shared share house, Kurrajong St

I x medium sized bedroom ( with Built in wardrobe ) in a modern house on a small rural property, to be shared with owner ( 55 yo retired woman ) and pets ( 2 small dogs, 1 kelpie and a cat). There is a guests furnished bedroom as pictured which may be available until the empty bedroom is furnished by you. You will have your own bathroom and lounge room, as pictured. There will be only one room rented as it is my private home ( my son is away at another university and visits a hand full of times a year. He has the other bedroom. )
There is a study that can be shared along with other living spaces ( eg dinning laundry kitchen alfresco).
The house has ducted heating and cooling with additional ceiling fans. Fixed wireless internet and other utilities included. The bonus is that I have a spare outside kennel in a large dog yard that if your doggy gets on with my kelpie, they can share too.
I am a non smoker and a responsible person that lives a healthy lifestyle ( you should be too ) looking to give accommodation to a university student that wants to have a place that is private and homely. The house is a 30 minute drive from the Wagga Wagga university. You will have off street parking next to the house.
