🏡 Rooms for Rent – Self-Contained Upstairs Level of Our Home
We have three rooms available on the upper level of our home. The space is semi-attached but fully self-contained, with its own kitchen, bathroom/laundry, and private external access.

We’re offering short to mid-term rental options (3–6 months), though we’re open to longer stays (up to 12 months) once we get to know you. You can rent a room individually or discuss renting the whole space.

🐾 About us:
We’re friendly, respectful homeowners working in education and disability support. We have a 5-year-old daughter and are animal lovers with a puppy, some small prey animals, and birds. Unfortunately, we’re not able to take in any additional pets at this time, but we love sharing our home with people who appreciate animals.

Older-style home currently being refreshed and updated downstairs
Upstairs level is bright, functional, comfortable, and not directly above the downstairs living space
Each bedroom has ceiling fans and smaller panel heaters, plus a newly installed split-system A/C in the common area
Large-enough fridge included
Fully self-contained with separate kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
Furnished or unfurnished options available (white goods, queen or single beds if preferred)

🌿 Outdoor Features:
Access to a shared backyard with mature trees and space to relax
Your own separate clothesline (not shared with the downstairs household)
Use of a ‘pool house’ chill-out room — a great quiet space for hanging-out, studying, reading, or unwinding by an open fire.

People who are working, studying, or out and about during the day

🚌 Easy Transport to CSU:
Located near the Prune St / Kaitlers Rd bus stop, you’ll have quick access to Route 906 into Albury/Lavington Square and an easy connection to Route 908 directly to Charles Sturt University (Thurgoona campus).
Travel time is typically 25–35 minutes, depending on the connection — ideal for students without a car.

We are offering 3 rooms (each with their own locks on doors):

Room #1 – balcony access
$225 per week for a single
$300 per week for a couple

Room #2 – slightly larger with a study desk
$225 per week for a single
$300 per week for a couple

Room #3 – smaller room
$200 per week for a single
$275 per week for a couple

The whole space and options are negotiable.
