We have a lovely large house walking distance to Manly (& the ferry) and a 3min walk to the bus stop. My husband and I would be happy to host a student and have several rooms to choose from (only looking to host one student). The downstairs bathroom and front lounge room (pictured) would be pretty much exclusive use. Fully furnished, built in cupboards and plenty of storage. Unrestricted street parking and you have the harbour and beach only a short distance away. We also have a gorgeous cat called Le Le :).
