3-bedroom shared board, Morobe Place

I'm looking for a friendly female student to share my home. The room is fully furnished, has a built-in wardrobe, and while there isn't a desk right now, I'll have one ready for you before you move in. Parking can be worked out together - most days it would be on the street, but there will be times you can use the driveway. Rent per week is also negotiable. My home is just 2 1/2 blocks (2. 4km) from the Orange CBD, about a 20-30 minute walk. Morobe Place is a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours, making it a peaceful place to live. I have two very friendly dogs in the backyard, and there's a sunny deck with a table that's perfect for relaxing. We'll be sharing a bathroom, but there are two toilets in the house, which makes things easier. I take pride in keeping my home clean and tidy, and I'd appreciate my boarder doing the same - both in their own room and in shared areas. I'd prefer a non-smoker, but if you do it would need to be outside only. You'll have full use of the kitchen and all cooking utensils. My two adult daughters visit for a weekend about every two months, so the house feels a little bit busier and livelier then.
