3-bedroom shared share house, Rosemont Avenue

We are looking for a student to share a modern villa with our elderly mother. She currently lives alone, looks after herself and still drives, but we feel that having a boarder to just keep a passing eye on her will enable her to stay where she is for longer.

The room has a single bed and a built-in cupboard. A desk can be added if required. The villa has a family room area adjoining the kitchen, in addition to a large lounge/dining area where Mum spends most of her time. There’s a small front garden and courtyard, and an attached garage in a security complex. The private bathroom is just across the hallway. The bathroom doubles as the laundry, and those facilities would be shared.

All services, including wifi, are included in the rent. The rent figure is negotiable, and we regard it as discounted because there is a bit of an obligation to keep an eye on Mum.
