3-bedroom shared share house, Mistral Place

Short term rental only in Old Bar 2430, ideal for someone on placement, $150 per week. $150 Deposit payable when booking.
Small room with a king single bed, bed side table, desk and hanging space in the wardrobe. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. Separate toilet and bathroom. Open plan kitchen, dining and living and a small backyard with table and chairs. Very quiet neighborhood, 20minutes to Taree and 1hour to Port Macquarie via car. There are buses from Old Bar to Taree, but they are not frequent.
You will be sharing with a 49yr old women and two small dogs (moodles) that live inside. I am a Registered Nurse and do shift work and when I am home, I like to listen to music. You will be required to do your own cooking and provide your own food, a shelf in the fridge, freezer and pantry will be allocated for your food. You will have full use of kitchen appliances.
I also at times may be renting out the other spare room, so there possibly could be a third person in the house.
