Hi! Are you looking for the perfect, family-friendly short term rental for your visit to Wagga? Look no further than our recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (separate toilet) house in Estella which is less than 2 minutes drive to the university! We are heading overseas for 6 months so are looking for the perfect person, couple or family to stay in our lovely home.

The house:
- Single storey house with large backyard with newly built patio and covered BBQ area and recently renovated kitchen and living spaces (dining and lounge area)
- Freshly renovated, modern kitchen with induction cooktop and dishwasher
- 3 bedrooms, two with built ins. One is currently being used as the study but could easily be converted back to use as a bedroom
- Single bathroom (built in bath, shower with water filter) and separate laundry and toilet
- Solar panels, meaning that your electricity bills will be super low!
- Reverse cycle heating and cooling in the main living area and main bedroom for year round comfort
- Veggie garden, pond and outdoor swing for little tots
- Can be fully furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished based on your preference!
- Pets will be considered upon application
- Water bill will be paid by us, all other utilities and garden maintenance will be the tenant's responsibility

Location
- Estella is a quiet, leafy suburb about 10 minutes north of Wagga that is perfectly situated close to the university

- CSU main campus < 2 minutes
- Wagga CBD 10 minutes
- Hospital 10 minutes
- Supermarket, gym, pharmacy, take away < 2 minutes
