The guesthouse has its own ensuite bathroom and a washing machine that is located in the kitchenette. The kitchenette can be hidden behind a set of doors and it is fully equipped with a microwave, induction hot plate, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, electric frypan, washing up sink and cooking utensils. There is also a fridge located next to the kitchenette. There is everything you need to prepare basic meals or heat up food.

The guesthouse has a table that can be used as a dining table or desk/study area. There is a smart tv and also ample storage in the built-in cupboards.

You will have access to the whole studio guesthouse which has its own private entrance and is located below the main house. Located in a nice residential area and only a 2-minute drive away from beautiful Shelley Beach. Flynns and Lighthouse Beach are also only 5-minutes away and are home to some vibrant cafes.

We are happy to be flexible with length of stay - For example, this space would be great for someone who is looking to stay in Port Macquarie during the university’s session 1 and 2 (approx. February to November).
