3-bedroom shared board, Countryside Place

My house is brand new and in perfect condition. It is 3 bedrooms with my room, my art studio space and the 3rd room that is for rent. Your room has a built-in wardrobe with shelving and hanging space You will have your own large bathroom and separate toilet. It is currently furnished with a bedside table, a rug and shelving in the wardrobe. I am happy to negotiate your other furniture needs ie. Whether you would like to bring your own bed etc. Or need one provided.
You will share with me my beautiful large kitchen with gas cooktop, big walk-in pantry and large fridge/freezer. The living room has a comfy lounge and is very bright and inviting.
There is a shared laundry with a washer and dryer. All appliances are brand new. Clothesline is in the garage. There is parking space either on the driveway or the street. The street is very quiet and all of my neighbours are lovely and friendly.
I have a large garden that is a work in progress but will soon have vegie gardens and fruit trees.
