We have a stand alone studio separate to our main residence, with a queen bed, a composting toilet, shower, and a kitchenette. It's a small, quiet and secluded space, with own deck and hammock area, perfect for a university student. The kitchenette has a fridge, hotplate, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The room has its own separate entrance and shares our garden area. We provide WiFi in the form of NBN Broadband from the main house, which reaches the front area of the accommodation. There is no TV in the room. This is a place where you will have a quiet space to relax and study. We have 2 school aged children in our house who also spend time in our garden. We also have chickens. We are walking distance to the library, Koala Hospital, local cafes and beaches, and town centre. Please that smoking and/or vaping is prohibited on the property (including outdoors).
