2-bedroom shared share unit, Cox Avenue

Hi everyone!
I have a room for rent in a two bedroom unit, with a shared bathroom. You would be sharing with myself, a 20 year old student currently studying medicine at CSU. I am looking for another female uni student to share with space with.
I have furnished the whole unit with the exception of your bedroom! This includes all appliances, utensils, washing machine, fridge and living room furniture.

The unit is on the ground floor and part of a 3 block unit complex- so minimal people around you.
The unit has just been renovated and is approximately a 7 minute drive to the uni.

There is plenty of on-street parking for your car! No off-street parking would be available.

You will be required to be approved by the real estate and go on a 12 month lease.

The rent is $190 per week plus halve of the electricity, water and wifi which is paid monthly.

Wifi is unlimited and is $10 a week - $200 in rent a week with unlimited wifi.

The photos do not show furniture as I am going to be moving all my furniture down to orange shortly. The house will be furnished with modern and new furniture. I can show photos of it in my current house if you would like!

I am a very clean person and would enjoy sharing this space with someone who also values a clean home.
