My home is large and light filled with a wrap around balcony in a quiet area of beautiful Bonny Hills. It is at the top of a hill so gets ocean breezes and is 1km from the beach and the local takeaway shop. It is 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, Garden centre and cafe, and Bonny Hills Tavern. Lake Cathie Woolworths, BWS, chemist, bakery etc are approximately 7 minutes drive away.
I am renting out the large upstairs studio style bedroom/apartment with ensuite, which has ocean views.
It has a double bed and bedsides, chest of drawers, small built in cupboard as well as a clothes hanging rail and a separate 2 door cupboard, shoe storage, and clothes drying rail. Linen and towels are provided if required. There is a large couch, 2 coffee tables, bookcase, smart TV, large desk and desk chair, and printer if required. There is also a small dining table and chair, fridge (with small freezer), microwave, jug, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. There is a ceiling fan and a gas heater. Gas, electricity, water and wifi are included, as is Netflix and Amazon Prime.
There is shared use of the house kitchen (including cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, appliances), laundry, dining area, balcony and garden with hammock. There is one car space in the double garage, with internal access. If you don't need the car space you can use it for storage if required. I am a middle aged female High School Teacher who is friendly and easy going, and has a small friendly dog.
This would suit a student who wants a spacious, quiet place to study and live, in beautiful Bonny Hills. The lease is a minimum of 3 months which can be renewed on a flexible basis if both parties are happy. Move in date can possibly be flexible to suit, after negotiation.
