You would be sharing with a 47 year old retiree (also the landlord) who is home most days on a military pension, a border collie, cat and cockatiel.

This is a new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with brand new furniture. 1 medium-size room is available with a built-in wardrobe. The main bathroom will be your own private bathroom. The third bedroom will be kept as a spare bedroom. There is a brand-new queen-sized bed and mattress with bedding. The room has a TV mounted to the wall with streaming services - foxtel, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video.

There is a nice undercover outdoor setting and yard.

There are brand new appliances and you are more than welcome to use the kitchen utilities.

You are more than welcome to come and go as you please. You can entertain, however it is not a party household.

There is no bond, however two weeks rent in advance.
