5-bedroom shared board, Waverley Glade

14 Waverley Glade is located across the road from Sea Acres Rainforest. It is a short stroll to beautiful Shelley Beach where nature has created a lagoon which is safe for swimming, paddling and snorkeling in. The home is located in a quiet area away from the main road and is orientated towards a koala corridor of gum trees and other temperate rainforest flora. Koala's, Kangaroos, Swamp Wallaby's and an abundance of bird life live in the nearby bushland. There is a bus service close by from Pacific Drive. We are seeking the interest of 1 boarder to share the house with my teenage daughter and I. We also have 2 pets: 1 cat and 1 dog. The board opportunity consists of sole use of 2 rooms and a bathroom located at the entrance to the home. Room 1 is 3m x 3. 6m and Room 2 is 3. 2m x 3. 6m. The rest of the downstairs area is communal space consisting of an outside deck, kitchen, living, dining area and laundry. Both rooms have an entrance through the home and an alternative entrance through sliding doors from the outdoor verandah. There is off street parking available. Possible room configurations could consist of one room used as a bedroom with the other room used as a TV/study space. The furnishings are flexible (partially furnished / unfurnished) and can be set up to suit the needs of the potential boarder.
