4-bedroom shared board, Dahlsford Drive

We are a small household of one female adult and my primary school aged son. We have a small Cavoodle who is an inside dog.

There are two rooms available - both included in the weekly rent. One is a medium sized bedroom with a queen bed and two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe. Furniture can be stored if you have your own. Full linen and blankets supplied. The second room has a lounge and wall mounted TV. This room would also suit a small desk. You will have primary use of the main bathroom. Only if we had guests (this is a quiet house so that's rare! ) would they need to be able to use the bathroom. Main living areas have airconditioning unit, and fans are in all rooms.

Rent includes all bills (at normal usage), shared access to dining, living and kitchen. You will be responsible for own food and meals. Nice outdoor space if you like to study outside! Able to park off street on the driveway - but this is a very quiet street. Bus to town is a short walk. Close to Lighthouse Plaza shops. Heated pool over the warmer months.

Must be non-smoker. Female preferred.
