House is a two bedroom detached unit in a quiet street in Estella, 5 minutes away from the CSU wagga campus (15 minute walk), supermarket and chemist is around the corner, only a 5 minute walk away, with a back patio with BBQ and outdoor setting!

On street parking only, but the unit is at the end of a court so very safe!

Main living area includes a semi separate lounge and then open plan dining area that leads to the kitchen and laundry, with washing machine available for your use too. Bathroom is split up into 3 rooms with shower and bath in one room, separate toilet and then sperate vanity sink room.
Bedroom has big built in wardrobes with plenty of storage, a queen bed, lamp and a bedside table.

There is ducted aircon throughout the house as well as a fan in each room.

I (32 F) live here with my small Moodle puppy and work full time at AgriFutures, and my partner stays over from time to time too, my office is up at the CSU campus, so happy to answer any questions about it and happy to show you around!

Only available for short term accommodation, if you are flying in or getting the train in I am also happy to pick you up if I'm free!
