The Port beaches are not close but a short drive away.
There is a large covered outdoor area, and a lovely sunny backyard for the winter months.
The home is mostly occupied by two housemates.

The home is neat and tidy and I would expect that whoever shares the accommodation, would also like to keep the home that way.
No noisy parties and no sleepover policy.
