4-bedroom shared share house, Howse Crescent

My home is only occupied by myself, for most parts of the year. I will sometimes have family/friends visit for short periods. Accommodation in my home provides a "normal home setting". You will have full use of all facilities. You have your own bathroom/toilet (only shared when I have visitors - rarely). You have a lock on your door, so you will have your own privacy. If another student was to enquire to stay at the same time as you, this wouldnt be approved without your OK.
My home is fully furnished for your convenience.
1 x Queen size bed. All linen provided if required or you can provide your own.
You will have full use of the kitchen, all kitchen utensils (except my Thermomix), crockery, cutlery and basic pantry items. Meals not provided. However, sometimes I might decide to make a batch of something and invite you to join in.
I will do any laundry you might have, if you wish, otherwise you will also have full use of the laundry and laundry powders etc.
Family room or front loungeroom for your use. I tend to retire to my room fairly early, so most times you could have private use of at least one of these rooms. TV's provided have streaming options. (There isnt a tv in your bedroom).
Patio and bbq area is for also for your use and I am open to you having visitors (within reason of course - no parties persay). You will have your own fridge for your food (food not provided except for pantry basics, tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, bread, milk).
Rate of $360. 00 per week is for Winter months only due to heating costs (included) Warmer months rate is $330. 00 per week all inclusive. The rent includes all utilities - but I would ask you to be respectful with regards to usage - or - rather "over-usage".
My home has ducted heating and has evaporative cooling and your room also has a ceiling fan.
I would hope that anyone choosing to stay in my home, would feel comfortable and "at home". Woolies and Aldi supermarkets about 300-400m walk and "Wodonga Waves" swimming pool is a short stroll. A public Park directly across the road has a public bbq area if you wanted to make use of that also. Quick drive to CSU via the freeway - approx 18 mins. There is also a bus available from Wodonga Library. If you dont have transport, I am happy to drive to your place of study/work where possible.
About me :- I'm a mum and grandmother, living by myself (widowed Feb 2023). I enjoy meeting people, spending time at my local footy club and spending time with my family and friends, whenever I can. I work a few days a week at a Communitiy Medical Practice - There may be sometimes I will go away to visit family in Melbourne or other places. I have a current police check and also working with children card. I will respect your privacy as I would want you to respect mine. I would enjoy having chats and sharing some meals with you. As I mentioned earlier. I dont expect too much of anyone, just friendly, clean living, honest and caring people.
