3-bedroom vacant house, Heritage Place

We have our three bedroom, double brick home available for a short term lease of at least 3 months and up to 6 months (while we travel). It is suitable for individuals, couples and small families and would be great for the summer semester.

Two rooms will be fully furnished as bedrooms with a bed (king and double respectively), a side table, ceiling fan and in built cupboards. The third room is currently set up as a study but could be rearranged to make a third bedroom if need be. The rest of the house is fully furnished and includes one fully renovated bathroom and one bathroom/laundry combination. Our house has WIFI, ducted heating/cooling and on site parking for two vehicles. We do have two older dogs and three chickens that we intend on leaving with our home. All costs associated with them would be covered for by us. Our yard is a moderate size and we do have trees that would need basic garden care (for mowing, watering etc).

We live a short distance to a university bus stop as well as a shopping complex with supermarket, chemist, butcher, bottle shop, cafe and tavern. We are also close to the Bago State Forest which has great walks and riding. We are about 25minutes from the campus.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, trustworthy, reliable and considerate toward our family home. An open and transparent communicator is important. References are a must and meet and greet prior to confirming is very important to us.

Rent is as per above, $400per week including utilities. Bond is three weeks rent.
