Hello. We're in a fantastic location!
Myself and my 8 year old daughter, cute small dog and 5 funny chickens are offering a room for rent in South Albury.
Can be flexible and negotiable with price, (approx. $300/wk or $50/night) and space, depending on your needs - bedroom, bathroom, possibility of own living/lounge/office area.
Week days we're at work and school and busy some nights. We live central south Albury with bus stop around the corner taking you to CSU, a few minutes walk to the Mighty Murray river, organic food store, farmers market, good cafes and bakery, fish and chips, brewery and Dean Street.
Our house is big and spacious, has a lovely rear yard and your room large and currently has queen size bed, side tables, desk, shelving and robes.
Price includes the bedroom, own separate bathroom, bills - energy, water and internet.
We try to be tidy, organised and quiet, happy to have a chat but pretty busy - daughter is social and considerate. Dog/s considered if amazing with chickens, very friendly dog and dog-savvy child.
NB the pics were when the house was styled so it's different but still tastefully furnished.
