Hi I'm Fiona and I am a shift worker. I have had either Uni students or work colleagues living with me from mid 2020. The available bedroom has a Queen bed/or Double , bedside table and mattress provided. It has space for a small desk etc and has a Built in mirrored Robe. The main bathroom is shared and has a bath and shower and separate toilet. We live in a lovely quiet location in Thurgoona very close to the Charles Sturt Campus (walking distance) We are very close to Thurgoona Plaza and bus stops. We are tidy/clean and respectful people ( I MUST EMPHASIZE THIS- If you are Not willing to clean/do house work-on a roster (also be autonomous with this-we are not your mother) /put out bins/help with garden weeding etc... Then please DO NOT apply) Therefore we are looking for like minded quiet respectful house mates. We do not Party.... This is NOT a Party house. We are either studying or working long shift hours. We have two dogs , very friendly/ love people dogs/ one staffy and one German SH Pointer X. If you LOVE dogs and are looking for a peaceful clean environment to live and study.... Its $200 per week (includes all bills)... $800 bond upon move in date and first two weeks rent.... Fortnightly rent in advance thereafter.
