Room fully furnished, Queen Bed, Chest of Drawers, built in wardrobe, & ducted Air Con in in both B'rooms. Rent includes all utilities, only extra Internet $10wk, room has TV/Internet connection. House has a study which is available to use. House has 2 bathrooms, I have Ensuite to my bedroom, so you would have own/share main bathroom. Large kitchen with 2 Fridges, so you have own/share Fridge. I live alone, apart from Cat (inside), So NO PETS Allowed. Non-Smoking household. Room available NOW!
