4-bedroom shared share house, Harrier St

Located in Estella, only a few minutes walk or drive to Charles Sturt University and a short drive to central Wagga. Off street parking is available.

There are two medium sized rooms available, each with a built in wardrobe. The main bathroom will shared with two tenants. The toilet is entirely separate to the bathroom.

I would consider sharing the house with one tenant if private bathroom facilities are preferred and potential tenant is willing to share the costs of rent etc equally.

I am searching for relaxed and friendly housemate/s who is keen to share a house that’s ideal for studying. Non smoker only. There are currently two well behaved boxer dogs who are predominantly inside dogs residing at the property. Unfortunately no additional cats/dogs/pets are allowed.

- Preference will be given to tenants willing to be added to a 12 month lease.

- New tenants will be required to contact and apply through our real estate agent ( contact details will be given), and a four week bond is required.

* The room is unfurnished, however the remainder of the house is fully furnished and equipped with appliances available for shared use.

House:
The house has a fireplace as well as evaporative air conditioning (cheap to run! ) so is comfortable throughout the year. It also has a spacious backyard with a patio. There is room for off road parking in the front yard, as well as plenty of on street parking.
