2-bedroom shared share unit, Gordon street

Hi everyone!
I have a room for rent in a two bedroom unit, with a shared bathroom. You would be sharing with myself, a 19 year old student currently in my second year of radiography at csu. I am looking for another female uni student to share with space with.
I have furnished the whole unit with the exception of your bedroom! This includes all appliances, utensils, washing machine, fridge and living room furniture.
The unit has just been renovated and is located 500m from towns beach and is approximately a 10 minute drive to the uni. As well as this the public swimming pool is only a 350m walk!
You will also have access to a private lockup garage for your car.

You will be required to be approved by the real estate and go on a 12 month lease.

The rent is $235 per week plus halve of the electricity and wifi which is paid monthly.
