4-bedroom shared share house, Ebden Street

Hello.

Me, my 7 year old daughter, cheeky 2 year old Border Terrier and 6 chickens are offering a room for rent in South Albury.

Can be flexible and negotiable with price and space depending on your needs - bedroom, bathroom, own living/lounge/office area possibly.
We're out every week day with work and school. We live centrally with the bus stop around the corner taking you to CSU, a few minutes walk to the Might Murray river, organic food store, farmers market, good cafes and bakery, fish and chips, brewery and Dean Street. Fantastic location!

It's a nice big house, the room is large and currently has queen size bed, side tables and shelving and robes, and can be furnished or not and can arrange to put TV in the bedroom if needed and/or desk.
Price includes the bedroom, own separate bathroom, bills and lawns, and a cleaner - unless this is something you enjoy doing. And if you're into gardening I'm sure we can work something out as I am finding it difficult to keep up.

Try to be tidy, organised and quiet, happy to have a chat but pretty busy so like quiet time too - my daughter can be more chatty but is considerate and is away half the time at her dad's. Would like a 3 month trial to start. Dog/s considered, our little border terrier is a dog-nut - he'd love a furry friend but they'd need to be pretty sociable to cope with him - a bundle of joy though.

NB the pics were when the house was styled so it's different but still tastefully furnished.
