This house is on acreage with plenty of room about, a rural setting. Its a 5 minute direct drive to the uni, though there is a bus stop within a 2 minute walk of the house. It's an older house but still clean and tidy. McDonalds, Olivers and a service center are less than a minutes drive away. There is no internet provided though power, water and gas are included. A shopping center is a two minute walk away also, Sovereign Hills .

The cabin in the photo is available from the 1st June 2023. It is a self contained cabin with a shower, toilet , kitchen and one bedroom. It will be $250 per week for a student, this covers electricity ,gas and water. A bond of $1000 applies to the cabin ( 4 weeks rent ) .

All rent to be paid in advance two weeks.
