Looking for a quiet female student to share our house.
I have a single room downstairs in my house for rent which has recently been renovated (access via rear of house.
The room is partly furnished, option available for extra furnishings.
No access to main house.
This room has a beautiful outlook over the pool and bush land. It is fully self contained with kitchenette (refrigerator, cooktop & oven, microwave, sink), bathroom/laundry (shower, toilet, washing machine), queen size bed, t. V (Netflix & YouTube). Very close to Coles (150 mtres).
Walking distance to lighthouse beach (10 mins). Bus Stop (2 mins).
House located in quiet Cul-de-sac, parking available on street.
Room must be kept clean, tidy and rubbish free - can be cleaned weekly for extra cost ($50 per week).
Rent must be paid weekly.
Only two visitors at a time allowed.
No parties allowed.
No drugs, smoking, vaping etc.
Lease available now till 15th December 2023.
