3-bedroom shared share house, Lyrebird Place

We’re in an airy 3 bedroom house on Lyrebird Place, just around the corner from the Lake Innes shopping complex, hospital, uni, and a couple gyms and breweries. The 4. 5m x 3. 3m bedroom is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, and built-in wardrobe. However, we also have storage space available, so would be happy to remove the furnishings if preferred. The room is $300 inclusive of all utilities. My partner and I are in our mid-20’s and recently moved to the area, and another room is rented out by a female in her early 20’s. My partner Samantha is a primary school teacher, and I work at the local University. Sam and I share an ensuite and fridge - leaving the main bathroom and an additional fridge for housemates. We have a nice-sized backyard with two dogs, a bee hive, raised garden beds, and fruit trees. The living areas are spacious and open, with fans throughout the house. It’s a tidy house at the end of a nice little cul-de-sac, backing onto a beautiful forested area. Pricing is based on an individual - though we’re happy to negotiate a price for a couple too if we think you could be right for the house!
