3-bedroom shared share house, The Bulkhead

This 3 bedroom house is approximately 4 minute drive (2. 8km) from the CSU campus. The house/rooms come fully furnished (only thing you need to bring is blankets/pillows). The small room is the only one left, the other two rooms have been filled by previous year students who loved the house that much they wanted to return (aged 20 and 23). Pets could be permitted depending on the other housemates being ok with it etc, there is a large backyard with veggie garden. Water, internet and garden/lawn maintenance are included, though electricity is not. The house has a brand new solar system and the average bill is about $350 per quarter. * Listing says 6 month lease (no 8 month option), though looking at around a 8 month lease until November which is when the CSU exams finish for the year.
