3-bedroom shared share house, Naretha Street

Comfy and safe home only 1. 5km to Southcity Shopping Centre, close to buses and a short drive to CSU. We have one spare room available. The current renters are a university student and a tradie (who lives in the Granny flat) with an additional university student that comes home from placement some weekends.

1. The home is partly furnished (bedroom furniture, including a desk, can be provided, or you can bring your own).
2. The room has a built-in wardrobe.
3. The toilet and shower are separate and will be shared.
4. Car parking is on the street only.
5. The living area is open plan, and the kitchen includes equipment and utensils to be shared.
6. The house has heating and cooling, which can be set separately for each room.
7. The fridge and cupboards will be shared equally between household members.

No availabilities until after MAY/2023.

Suitable applicants must love dogs and be prepared to share all household chores.

Rent is $120 per week, which includes water. Additional costs of electricity, gas and Wi-Fi will be shared equally between the number of people in the home.
