3. The toilet and shower are separate and will be shared.
4. Car parking is on the street only.

6. The house has heating and cooling, which can be set separately for each room.
7. The fridge and cupboards will be shared equally between household members.

Suitable applicants must love dogs and be prepared to share all household chores.
