Comfy and safe home only 1. 5km to Southcity Shopping Centre, close to buses and a short drive to CSU. We have two spare rooms available. The current renters are two university students and a tradie (who lives in the Granny flat).
1. The home is fully furnished (bedroom furniture).
2. The rooms have a built-in wardrobe, a bed and a mattress.
3. The toilet and shower are separate and will be shared.
4. Car parking is on the street only.
5. The living area is open plan, and the kitchen includes all equipment and utensils to be shared.
6. The house has heating and cooling, which can be set separately for each room.
7. The fridge and cupboards will be shared equally between household members.
Two rooms are available (The rooms available can be seen in the layout)-
1. 2 weeks advance rent, which is $240 and non-refundable in case you change your mind.
2. Rent is $120 per week, which includes water. Additional costs of electricity, gas and Wi-Fi will be shared equally between the number of people in the home.
3. Suitable applicants must love dogs (2 dogs that live in the backyard mostly) and be prepared to share all household chores.
